The MBA (Mastermind Business Alliance) Boardroom is for business owners who seek guidance, support, and the opportunity to brainstorm their ideas in a non-threatening environment with like-minded business owners.
Business owners know they can learn from experience - and it doesn't have to be their own. They realize they don't have all the answers, and need the candor, insights and energy that our facilitated and structured format will provide. In the Boardroom meeting you will be challenged, and you will challenge others. Participants hold each other accountable to their stated actions and initiatives as well as encourage them thrive.
As an MBA participant, you will become part of a group of small business owners who enjoy:

Each MBA Boardroom consists of six to eight business owners. Meeting monthly, each member will make a structured presentation of your current state of business affairs. You may bring up a current issue, problem, or new initiatives in the works. Directed by the Certified MBA facilitator, the board members will have an opportunity to discuss, hear feedback and brainstorm ideas and solutions to your specific situation.
In addition to the monthly Boardroom meeting, each participant will also engage in 1:1 individualized coaching with their facilitator. This focused time will provide knowledge, support, and guidance specific to the business owner. Through a systematic approach, the coach facilitator will educate and guide you through the process of creating, maintaining, and growing your business.
